Data protection declaration
This data protection declaration gives users information of the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider, DSM Messtechnik GmbH, on this website.
The legal bases of data protection are contained in the German Teleservices Act (T|MG) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Data protection
The operators of these sites take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.
It is usually not possible to use our website without entering personal data. In so far as personal data is provided on our sites (such as name, address or e‑mail addresses), this is always done on a voluntary basis, where possible. This data shall not be passed on to third parties without your expressed consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. in the case of communication via e‑mail) can involve security loopholes. It is not possible to provide loophole-free protection of data prior to access.
Cookies
Webpages sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our services more user-friendly, effective and safe. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and your browser stores them. The majority of the cookies used by us are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser upon your next visit. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only permit cookies in individual cases, accept cookies only for certain cases or generally exclude them as well as activate automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When deactivating cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Access data / server log files
The provider (or its webspace provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files).
Access data includes:
Name of the called website, file, date and time of the call, transmitted data quantity, notification of successful call, browser type version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited site) IP address and the inquiring provider.
The provider only uses the protocol data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, safety and optimising the offer. The provider reserves the right to subsequently check protocol data if there are reasonable grounds indicating illegal use.
Right to information, deletion, blocking
You have the right to request information, free of charge, regarding your saved personal data, its origin and receiver and the purpose of data processing as well as right to correcting, blocking or deleting this data. For this purpose and further questions on the topic of personal data, you can contact us at the address provided in the Legal information section.
Contact form
If you send an enquiry to us using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details provided by you for the purpose of processing the enquiry, will be saved by us in the case of subsequent questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
Integration of services and third-party content
It may be that within this online content, third-party content such as videos from YouTube, map materials from Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics from other websites is integrated. This always assumes that the providers of this content (referred to as “third-party providers” in the following) use the IP address of the users. As without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the representation of this content. We make an effort to only use such content, whose respective providers only use the IP address for supplying the content. However, we do not have any influence on this, if the third-party providers saves the IP address, for example, for statistical purposes. If this is known to us, we will make the users aware of this.
Objections to promotional e‑mails
The utilization of contact data published within the bounds of the legal information obligation for transmission of not explicitly requested advertising and information material is hereby prohibited. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertisements, possibly via spam.
