This data protec­tion decla­ra­tion gives users infor­ma­tion of the type, scope and purpose of the coll­ec­tion and use of perso­nal data by the respon­si­ble provi­der, DSM Mess­tech­nik GmbH, on this website.
The legal bases of data protec­tion are contai­ned in the German Tele­ser­vices Act (T|MG) and the Fede­ral Data Protec­tion Act (BDSG).

Data protec­tion
The opera­tors of these sites take the protec­tion of your perso­nal data very seriously. We treat your perso­nal data confi­den­ti­ally and accor­ding to data protec­tion regu­la­ti­ons as well as this data protec­tion decla­ra­tion.
It is usually not possi­ble to use our website without ente­ring perso­nal data. In so far as perso­nal data is provi­ded on our sites (such as name, address or e‑mail addres­ses), this is always done on a volun­t­ary basis, where possi­ble. The provi­der only uses the proto­col data for statis­ti­cal evalua­tions for the purpose of opera­tion, safety and opti­mi­sing the offer. The provi­der reser­ves the right to subse­quently check proto­col data if there are reasonable grounds indi­ca­ting ille­gal use.

Right to infor­ma­tion, dele­tion, blocking
You have the right to request infor­ma­tion, free of charge, regar­ding your saved perso­nal data, its origin and recei­ver and the purpose of data proces­sing as well as right to correc­ting, blocking or dele­ting this data. Cont­act form
If you send an enquiry to us using the cont­act form, your details from the enquiry form, inclu­ding the cont­act details provi­ded by you for the purpose of proces­sing the enquiry, will be saved by us in the case of subse­quent ques­ti­ons. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

Inte­gra­tion of services and third-party content
It may be that within this online content, third-party content such as videos from YouTube, map mate­ri­als from Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics from other websites is inte­gra­ted. This always assu­mes that the provi­ders of this content (refer­red to as “third-party provi­ders” in the follo­wing) use the IP address of the users. As without the IP address, they could not send the content to the brow­ser of the respec­tive user. The IP address is ther­e­fore requi­red for the repre­sen­ta­tion of this content. We make an effort to only use such content, whose respec­tive provi­ders only use the IP address for supp­ly­ing the content. Howe­ver, we do not have any influence on this, if the third-party provi­ders saves the IP address, for exam­ple, for statis­ti­cal purpo­ses. Objec­tions to promo­tio­nal e‑mails
The utiliza­tion of cont­act data published within the bounds of the legal infor­ma­tion obli­ga­tion for trans­mis­sion of not expli­citly reques­ted adver­ti­sing and infor­ma­tion mate­rial is hereby prohi­bi­ted. The opera­tors of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in the event of the unso­li­ci­ted sending of adver­ti­se­ments, possi­bly via spam.
