Linear module

DSM linear module for tool-free assembly of a rotating torque trans­ducer on a DS nutrunner without long process interruption.

Linear module

Normal opera­tion – In the basic position, the nutrunner is fixed to the output via a locking device. The nutrunner is used normally in the assembly process.

Tool-free assembly – By opera­ting the locking bolt, the nutrunner can be moved with the linear slide and fixed at a snap-in point for the integra­tion of the trans­ducer. Assemble the torque transducer.

Measu­ring mode – Control measu­re­ments during produc­tion and record data with the QS Box.

Precon­di­tion for this is a firm connec­tion between linear module and output as well as the direct mounting of the nutrunner at the linear slide.
