Many tasks in hand-guided and semi-auto­ma­ted assem­bly require fixed sequen­ces to be observed.

Equip­ped with XY(Z) sensor system and posi­tio­ning elec­tro­nic,
the POSI 1 hand­ling stand and the POSI 2 swivel arm extend the func­tion­a­lity of your tigh­tening system.

No posi­ti­ons are forgot­ten and even complex sequen­ces can be speci­fied and moni­to­red. Or you call the corre­spon­ding proce­dure in your DSM control system via the position.

The Posi­Con­trol posi­tio­ning control elec­tro­nic check whether a defi­ned opera­ting sequence is main­tai­ned and ensure that no posi­ti­ons are forgotten.

Posi­ti­ons can be ente­red very easily in the teach-in proce­dure, i.e. the requi­red posi­ti­ons are approa­ched and stored at the click of a button.

In connec­tion with a higher-level control system, PosiControl4 posi­tion elec­tro­nics control whether a defi­ned opera­ting sequence is main­tai­ned and ensure that no posi­ti­ons are forgotten.

Hard­ware confi­gu­ra­tion as well as posi­tion manage­ment are control­led via the appli­ca­tion soft­ware.
